1.Acceptance Of Terms:
This is made and entered into this Agreement with LeatherofWorld.com and you that you will be bound by the terms and conditions here of, which LeatherofWorld.com in its discretion may additionally impose from time to time. The modified terms shall automatically be effective immediately after they are initially posted in our site. Your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modification, you must discontinue using the services.

2.LeatherofWorld.com is Only An E-Platform for communicating Business Offers and Inquiries:
Our site acts as the Internet-based platform for users to locate prospective people to trade with. We are not involved in the actual transaction between trading partners. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the items being traded, the truth or accuracy of the item listed, the ability of traders to fulfill their obligations in a trade agreement. We cannot and do not control whether or not traders will complete their part of a trade. In the case that there is any dispute between trading partners, LeatherofWorld.com will be released from any claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected such disputes.

3."As Is\" And \"As Available\" Basis Of Service:
You acknowledge and agree that the services are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis. LeatherofWorld.com assumes no responsibilities, implied or otherwise, for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications, personalization settings, or service subscriptions.

4.Registration Obligations:
When you register with us, you agree to: (1)supply true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your company in the LeatherofWorld.com Registration form provided on our site, and (2) maintain and promptly update your registered information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incompete, LeatherofWorld.com has the right to suspend or terminate your registration and refuse any current or future use of the services. If you have registered with us on behalf of a company or other entity, then you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such company or other entity to the terms.

5.Member's Username, Password, and Security:
During the registration process, you will create username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for all activities occuring under your username and password. You agree to immediately alert LeatherofWorld.com of any unauthorized use of your username and password or any other breach of security. You agree to ensure that you properly exit the web site at the end of each session. LeatherofWorld.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this terms.

a) will not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
b) will not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of publicity or privacy;
c) will not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
d) will not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
e) will not be obscence or child pornography;
f) will not contain any viruses, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; 
g) will not link directly or indirectly to, or include descriptions of goods or services that are prohibited under this agreement; 
h) will not be in connection with chain letters, junk e-mail, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages; 
i) will not be used to collect e-mail addresses and other information about other without their consent; and to create false e-mail addresses or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message; and
j) will be of the sole responsibility of you. This means you, not LeatherofWorld.com, are entirely responsible for all content (information, data, text, photographs, and/or graphics) you upload, post, e-mail, or otherwise transmit publicly or privately via our services.
6.2) Items listed are text descriptions, graphics, and/or pictures on LeatherofWorld.com supplied by you that either describe an item you have and want to trade, or describe an item you are looking for. You may post either or both of these types of listings on LeatherofWorld.com, if you place such offers in an appropriate category. LeatherofWorld.com is not responsible for the accuracy or content of listings.

7.License You Grant To Us:
You grant to us the exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribue, perform, and display your information (text, pictures, graphics), and/or to incorporate your information in other works in any form, media, or technology known or later developed.

8.Privacy:
LeatherofWorld.com's services are developed to appeal to audience worldwide. Please note that when you voluntarily disclose your information in LeatherofWorld.com's trade center and directory, that information can be collected and used by others.

9.Advertising, Financial, And Logistics Services:
You agree that you dealings with, or participating with, any advertisers or members, whether it is for business or non-business, are solely between you and such parties. LeatherofWorld.com should not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on our services.

LeatherofWorld.com shall not be liable to you for delays or failures in performing from causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of wars, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, or casualities.
